My name is Emily Zorn.

As a registered dietitian and health coach, I've seen so many people who have struggled their entire lives to know what eating healthy in the long term looks like. So many of us are stuck in the "all or nothing" thinking, meaning either we're on a diet eating perfectly or we're off the diet, eating whatever we want.

In this course, my aim is to teach you what eating healthy for life looks like for you. The slow and steady approach of building up habits 1 by 1 is based on work I have done with clients during my past 6 years as a dietitian.
