I’ll be honest with you...choice 2 isn’t going to be easy. Motivation can be tricky when you’re surrounded by your favorite holiday treats and drinks over the next 3 months.
Get yourself an accountability partner.
Hire a #coach or find a friend/family member who will keep you #accountable no matter what. Check in with your partner weekly. Tell them your #goals for the week, and make them keep you accountable to your goals! Having another person there to support you makes it more likely that you’ll stay on track when things get tough.
