It’s November...meaning for most of us, #life is about to get pretty crazy. The holidays are coming up whether you’re ready or not.
If you’re like most people, you typically aren’t feeling your best come January 1. You tend to enter the new year feeling bloated, unhealthy, and tired thanks to the endless supply of #holiday parties, foods, treats, and drinks.

There are more #tips where this comes from...6 more to be exact. Want to hear them? Check out the Facebook group “Emily RD Nutrition Community” to watch the Zoom recording from our group session last week. I shared my 7 tips for Gearing Up For The Holidays, and we discussed how to make this holiday season the healthiest and happiest ever.
