How To Want To Eat Breakfast

This week’s nutrition tip is about breakfast. You've heard it a million times..."breakfast is the most important meal of the day." But WHY?
I'll tell you why:
Your body needs more energy (aka food) earlier in the day.
Breakfast jumpstarts your metabolism.
You’re more likely to make healthier choices earlier on in the day.
SO many people say they just aren’t hungry in the morning, and I get it. I’m all for listening to your body, eating when you’re hungry, and stopping when you’re full, so I’m never going to suggest eating breakfast if you’re not hungry. The solution here is to start feeling hungry earlier in the day. Here’s how you make it happen:
Eat less at night to feel more hungry at breakfast.
Not a big breakfast person? Start small! Something as simple as a granola bar is better than nothing. Get up, get eating, and get that metabolism going!
